Beach Volleyball Program Offerings
Ichiban Volleyball Club has partnered with Embry Hills Club to operate two sand volleyball courts conveniently located near the I-85 and I-285 junction in Embry Hills. We offer open play, leagues, tournaments, private lessons and skill training throughout the year.
Competitive Levels of Play
A - Consists of teams with a solid knowledge of the game and rules. Skill levels range from Advanced Intermediate to Experienced. All players understand rotational sequence, offensive concepts (i.e., 5-1, 6-2, etc.), and defensive positions and can apply them in competition. Game and player strategies are well understood (i.e., running offensive plays, identifying opponent weaknesses, reading opponents' plays during volley, etc.) but may still be in refinement.
BB - Consists of teams with a solid knowledge of the game and rules. Skill levels range from Advanced Beginner to Proficient Veteran. All players understand rotational sequence, offensive concepts (i.e., 5-1, 6-2, etc.), and defensive positions but may be working to solidify those skills.
Rec - Consists of teams with a very basic understanding of the game and rules but few developed skills.

This event is designed for juniors to get their moms to play beach volleyball with them!

One Beach Seasonal Juniors Program
Program cost: $300
Included in the price is 5 weeks of training, a tank or t-shirt, and coaching in at least one tournament. Registration fees for tournaments are NOT INCLUDED (tournament entry fees average $50/player)

FAQ:
- Players sign up individually for the QOB tournament. Players must register with a partner for the doubles tournament.
- No experience needed - we have 2 courts and will divide players based on their age and skill level.
- Players are encouraged, though not required, to participate in at least one tournament and coaching will be provided at hosted tournaments.
- Players are responsible for finding a partner to play with in the tournament, but we will do our best to help pair players who want to play but can't find a partner to play with.
